Available in carton box of 12 sterile units. Each unit is contained in an individual aluminum/aluminum foil bag covered by medical grade paper / poly laminated film.

Indications

BONE WAX – TAGUM is used to control bleeding of bone surfaces.

Warnings

BONE WAX – TAGUM should not be resterilized nor should it be subject to excessive heat. BONE WAX – TAGUM may inhibit osteogenesis and may act as a physical barrier to the reparative process. Do not use if the package is opened or damaged. Discard open, unused bone wax.

Precautions

Use BONE WAX – TAGUM sparingly. Remove excess BONE WAX – TAGUM from the operative site. Open the package just prior to use to minimize the possibility of contamination and excessive drying.
